We have lived in Las Vegas for almost three years, so my winter wardrobe is lacking—there’s no need for snow boots or heavy coats in the desert. While visiting Wyoming, I’ve made my lighter pieces work by layering them up. The first few days here were pleasant, but it started to get pretty chilly yesterday and we even saw some snow flurries! While exploring the downtown area and train station, I layered my Madewell turtleneck and chambray shirt under my warmest coat. Since it can be kind of slushy in areas, I wore my Sam Edelman rain boots, which I haven’t worn since moving from Seattle! I like the riding boot style and that they don’t look like clunky rain boots. I will probably be layering a few socks inside of these when the snow hits this weekend!
