Wedding & Anniversary Gift Ideas

It’s hard to believe that our wedding was almost a year ago. Although it really was the best day ever (as cliche as that sounds), I’m happy that I can now enjoy wedding season without having the stress of planning one. However you might have seen that I’m going to be my best friend’s maid of honor next summer! YAY! I’m so freakin’ excited to plan the bachelorette party and the fun little details! Since we are at the age where we have a few weddings to attend each year, I’m always on the lookout for cute wedding/bridal shower gift ideas.

Whether you’re looking for a unique wedding or anniversary gift (like these), UncommonGoods has a lot of great options. While perusing their website I came across this handmade wine box, which I thought would be a fun early anniversary present for Rob since we love relaxing wine and cheese nights at home. I filled it with some special wine bottles, like one that we had at our wedding from a local Washington winery—perfect for the anniversary compartment. The Handsome Devil bottle that I picked up around Valentine’s Day also makes a cute addition for the quiet night together. And for a night of celebration, Champagne is a must! I like that you’re able to personalize the gift by pickings wine bottles that have some significance to the couple.

In addition to having really unique products, I also like that UncommonGoods focuses on being environmentally friendly and socially responsible. They have a program called “Better To Give” where customers choose a non-profit with their purchase and the company will donate $1. You can shop for yourself and pay it forward at the same time :) win-win!

You can see more anniversary gifts for him here. And if the man in your life has a birthday coming up, these are all really fun ideas, too!

P.S. Here are my tips for creating the perfect cheese plate. And if you want to mix it up, try this wine and chocolate pairing! Also, the gold dipped wine glasses were an easy DIY project that you can find here. Cheers!

A big thanks to UncommonGoods for partnering on this post! As always, all thoughts and opinions are my own.
