Tropical Cocktail with Blue Chair Bay Rum


Everyone take a sigh of relief because as of tomorrow tax season will officially be behind us! After filling out those forms I’m in serious need of some relaxation. I can’t be the only one, right? If you want to take a tropical vacation, but can’t make it to the beach, this coconut cocktail will make you feel as if you’re sitting in the sand soaking up some rays. I created the Sunburst Sipper with Blue Chair Bay coconut rum and my favorite tropical flavors. The sweet, smooth rum complements the citrus flavors perfectly! I can be picky when it comes to coconut-flavored products, but this one tasted natural and added just the right amount of tropical flare. If you want to give this recipe a try, you’re in luck because I’ve teamed up with Blue Chair Bay to give away a free bottle! Sunburst Sipper


  • 2 oz. Blue Chair Bay coconut rum
  • 1 oz. banana liqueur
  • 3 oz. orange, peach, mango juice
  • splash of lemon-lime soda

Fill glass with ice cubes. Add rum, liqueur and juice, then stir to combine. Top with soda and serve with an orange slice as garnish.
