How is it already September?! With Labor Day coming up this weekend, it’s time to squeeze in some last-minute summer recipes. It’s still 100 degrees here in Vegas, so seasonal staples like popsicles are a must. This boozy batch would be perfect for a barbecue over the three-day weekend. I combined strawberry basil vodka (delicious, by the way!) with puréed strawberries and lemonade to make this sweet treat.
Strawberry Basil Lemonade Popsicles

- ¾ cup strawberries (fresh or frozen)
- 2 ½ cups lemonade
- 3 oz. Pearl strawberry basil vodka
In a blender or food processor, purée the strawberries. Then add the lemonade and mix for a few seconds so that it’s fully combined. Stir in the vodka. Pour mixture into popsicle molds and freeze over night. When you’re ready to eat, run the mold under hot water just long enough to be able to pull the popsicles out. Enjoy!
